This guarantees a high wear resistance and lifetime of the annular cutter. Only a few manufacturers are capable of producing step- hardened annular cutters. For Karnasch this is 'standard'. We produce extremely hard tooth tips (68 HRC) and still yield a flexible annular cutter. Our first-class annular cutters are equipped with the unique and patented DURABLUE-coating.
